When Will My Order Arrive?

Will I Receive a Tracking Number Once My Order Has Shipped?

Yes. You will be sent an e-mail including a tracking number and all tracking information.

Do You Accept Returns?

We have a 14-day return policy from your delivery date. If you would like to return your order, simply email us at shopgearchamps@gmail.com and we will assist you.

The purchase price excluding the return label charge will be refunded to you using the original payment method. Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Can I Cancel My Order?

If you have to cancel your order for any reason, reach out to us immediately at shopgearchamps@gmail.com. Please note once your order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled.
